Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready as our HRIS platform, including payroll, recruiting, record keeping, HR, etc.

Pros

  • The pay calculations and taxation are accurate.

Cons

  • It fails to hold 'history' and you cannot get any point in time reports or see when a person had a certain title, was on leave, etc.
  • Customer service is practically non-existent and when you actually get someone to call you on a case after you've spend an inordinate amount of time looking through "community" and not finding a solution, you generally get someone who can't help you and the case has to be escalated.
  • I have nothing to provide.
Customer service is practically non-existent, so when you have a question or a problem, it's very difficult to find an answer/get a response, making the system not very usable.
UKG Ready increases stress when it makes it difficult to get answers/find solutions to needs we have.

If you simply want a payroll provider, UKG Ready is a good solution, but if you are looking for a robust, dynamic HRIS system, look elsewhere.
