Overall Satisfaction with Unbabel
We use the product to provide translated data for our projects. The scope of this product is with most of our global teams. We started using this service approximately around 4 to 5 years ago. In a lot of cases our end users require translation services in quite a few languages and we leverage Unbabel (Lingo24). We always had a pleasant experience working with their team.

- Quick turnaround for Quote
- Managed portal for self service which saves a lot of emails
- Quality of service
- The only issue we faced was for billing when the transition from Lingo24 to Unbabel happened. However, I did not face anything after.
- We dont have to worry about the translation services as its being managed by them
- The quotes can be downloaded / so that the pricing expectation setting can be set accordingly with the end users
