Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery
Backing up critical systems for disaster recovery and in the event files become corrupted. We have used it to do a full migration of servers from one VM to another as well as doing file level recovery for individual users on our data servers as they have accidentally deleted files in the past. Great system, support is top notch.
- Backing up servers.
- Archiving backups to media that is transferred and stored off-site.
- File Level recovery when needed.
- Difficult to find things in their newer interface.
- Archive appliance can be a little finicky, but manageable.
- Reporting.
- Has definitely saved us multiple times.
- Definitely worth the peace of mind of being able to recover a server is something goes wrong.
