Overall Satisfaction with Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance
We use the Unitrends Recovery Series Backup Appliance to daily back up the servers in our whole organization.
- The Unitrends Recovery Unit that we have is extremely fast.
- The Unitrends Recovery Unit that we use only takes up 1U of rack space.
- The Unitrends Recovery Unit that we have is very reliable.
- The old user interface is not easy to set up if you are unfamiliar with the product. I have not tried the new interface yet.
- Short End of Life for the appliance... We only had ours about 3 years before we needed to buy a new system in order to use the latest interface.
- Does not have a local way to quickly restore from backup.
- As we continue to become a more web-based environment, our ROI is decreasing due to our need to store less data locally.
