Used within the telemarketing/inside sales department. Vanillasoft' LEAD ROUTING function helps us to actually operationalize and merge 1 process and 1 method: The Demand Gen Waterfall (from Sirius Decisions), and the "specialist model" (from insidesales.com). The other problem it addresses, for us, is the advantage of running several projects which can be customized independently.
