More efficient workplace with a need for fewer employees
A higher level of overall service. Easily keeps all sales representatives on the "same page" with detailed notes

In my opinion, VanillaSoft is most appropriate for small to medium sized businesses who are looking for an easy to implement CRM system with the ability to reach customers in a variety of ways (call, text, email).
