Overall Satisfaction with VanillaSoft
Our organization is a leader for Jewish life on campus at a major Big 10 university. We utilize VanillaSoft for our telemarketing "phonathon" program, which raises upward of $200,000 in an academic year. Our student callers are very pleased with the ability to have an online system that seamlessly loads prospective donor information, pre-fill scrips for easy recitation, process online gifts and/or result calls all in one place.

- API's to databases (such as Little Green Light).
- Increased sales.
- Increased call speed.
- Increased donor contact information updates.
- Decreased paper usage/cost.
I cannot recall which other products we considered so many years ago, but VanillaSoft has been a great choice. We have been so impressed with their Support team's responsiveness.
