Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage Circle is used as part of one of the employee benefit program in my organization. Apart from the usual benefits, My company wanted to give an exclusive deals and discounts as well to the employees. The main objective of doing it was to ease the financial burden to the employees that can have a positive impact on the productivity.
- To provide instant credits to employees
- To give exclusive discounts to the employees
- UI is clean and clear to use by any newbie
- More tie-ups to different vendors like food and other businesses
- To credit points to the employee
- To provide rewards to the employee as a organization point of view
- Positive impact in terms of having relationship between employee and Organization
The wide collection of gift cards, and redeeming my points is so easy and fast. I think the rewards program. As per my company, I feel more encouraged to work when I get points. I can now use these points in a wide variety of e-commerce websites as gift cards and shop.
