Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Vantage Circle has played a key role to address below problem statement in front of us 1. Recognise the efforts of employees about their hard work 2. Provide a platform to convert the Vantage points to any of available merchandise brand. 3. Offer a platform to shop and avail great offers from multiple brands and product types.

Pros

  • Help in recognising Good work done by my team members.
  • Convert points to different brands merchandise of choice.
  • Platform where multiple brands offers running in and we can easily avail them.

Cons

  • Sometimes I felt the webpage performance was little slow to respond. Possibly due to heavy load on website. But this could be an area of improvement.
  • Expand the brands onboarded on Vantage Circle.
  • Recognition of Good work Done by Folks in the form of reward points Gift
  • Promote to utilise the corporate offers running on Vantage circle to make purchases
  • Gifts to colleagues and friends during festivals
  • We find employees feel motivated on being rewarded. Vantage Circle has provided a apt platform to fulfill this business need
  • utilise corporate offers for all employees
  • No negative impact
Rather than giving amazon/flipkart/myntra etc vouchers to employees , we feel Vantage Circle is way more useful to fulfill our objective of employee happiness and appreciation. It give employees a flexibility to convert their vantage circle points to merchandise of their choice , rather than we forcing on them. Keeping all these points in mind, it was decided to Go ahead with Vantage Circle.

To recognize Good efforts done by Folks, I find Vantage Circle as very apt. Has multiple benefits to this. But in certain cases I have heard folks asking if they could transfer the points directly to Bank account post conversion to suitable currency, this feature is not available on Vantage Circle. Not sure if this will ever get incorporated.
