Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

For Reward & Recognition Process we use Vantage Circle. The tool eases the process of rewarding employees for their contribution. Platforms like these encourage me and employees to give quality at work that helps us grow at organization level. It helps me track the rewards and provides suggestions to get more rewards

Its the best platform for rewards and recognition. This is the 1st time i'm using a platform like this. The dashboard and leaderboard are few good features that encourage me to get more rewards by giving quality at work As I'm new to platforms like, as i get more experience I can provide more details which is not working with Vantage. The gift card catalogue is huge and we can select from wide varieties
