Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

My organization provides us rewards in form of vantage points and that can be redeemed to coupons for partner sites. The business problems the product addresses is that it helps users to decide their requirements and choose the coupons accordingly rather that organization deciding which coupons to provide to the user. The scope of use is that the rewards are provided in form of vantage points and inorder to get the complete use of it we use Vantage Circle to redeem coupons according to our needs.

  • Quick and instant redeem of coupons so that we can use them as required

I had to order a smartphone for my father, so I logged into the Vantage Circle and choose the site for which I wanted the coupon code, selected the coupon code amount and clicked on submit and it instantly shared the coupon code with me over mail. It takes care of security perspective as it only shares the coupon code over business mails so that there are less chances for someone to get hold of the coupon code. I was allowed to instantly order smartphone using the coupon code shared. I don't feel Vantage Circle needs more improvement, just some more vendors/partners tie-ups.
