Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Vantage Circle is one of the most comprehensive ways to compensate associates. Very easy and smooth to use. Coupons are available for all trusted vendors. When rewards are added to CTC for an employee, it gets taxable. The best part here is the taxpayer will get some benefits/rewards points that are non-taxable, which makes it more worthwhile.
  • It converts the points to rewards as gift cards across all trusted vendors
  • Never expired Vantage points
  • Tons of external vendor coupons available
  • Option to converting the gift card generated
  • There are only coupons available; it would be much better if we had products to order directly from the Vantage app
  • Vantage mobile app does not show all the coupons when it comes to the web application
  • Safest and quickest way of rewarding employee
  • Wide range of enrolled trusted members
  • No expiration of points
  • Quick deployment of rewards
  • Quick redemption of points into gift cards, coupons
  • Reliable platform for acknowledging associates

When it comes to rewarding the employee via payroll, the employer has a longer chain of approval process which will take a lot of time to reward the employee for their good work. With Vantage points, I see it can be done so much faster and with ease. It's a reliable and safest way to redeem the awarded points.
