Eye on a new comer on Varicent's software

The software Varicent is providing us takes care of all forms of remuneration, for our outside of France operations. Whether it is for regular paycheck or deferred payment or other incentive, the software is a powerful tool that interacts well with all of our internal services such as HR databases and references.

Varicent support is rather quick and precise. I cannot recall an exceptional support tho, for we never had such a severe issue that it needed and exceptional answer from Varicent.
Instead of exceptional, i would call Varicent's support consistent ,effective and reliable.
