Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for AWS

Veeam Backup for AWS helped us to protect and back-up cloud artifacts. This involved appliances, DB, configs, and so on. The scope of the project is to have a backup of all configs and data and the ability to restore in the shortest possible time in case of cyber attacks or failures. The solution helps to take a snapshot and restore it near no time, which helps in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

11 - The Veeam is mainly used by Cloud engineering team. This is supported and used by platform team, network team. In case of any issues during back-up, restore or disaster, the service management team levares Veeam with support from Cloud team. In few cases, Cyber security team also contacts cloud team to get logs and connectivity to log monitoring tool.
4 - we mainly need cloud engineering expertise. It needs to be supported by network and platform team.
