Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365

Microsoft does not offer any assurance that critical emails, documents, or data will be stored beyond their short default retention window. With Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, I can be certain that I will be able to retrieve and restore our data in the event of a disaster, or litigation.

Our older generation of executives do not trust the cloud, despite its many features and benefits. However, with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, I can confidently report to our executives that their data is safe. I can demonstrate that their data is safe when the time comes by quickly restoring all of the backed up data.
An important executive accidentally wrote over an important file several times. Unfortunately, the file was overwritten so many times that we were unable to recovery it with the Version History feature of OneDrive for Business. Thankfully, we purchased Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 recently and restored the file instantly and saved hours of work.
Occassionally, and unfortunately, corporate litigation requires eDiscovery. We can easily export Teams conversations to a PST file much faster than we can with eDiscovery.
Restore to zip, restore to original folder, and especially Veeam's Microsoft 365 explorer.
Quest Rapid Recovery has no option to backup Microsoft 365 data.
Veeam support is effective, prompt, and reliable. They never let me down and always listen to my individual use-case, and are sensitive to the timeliness of my support request.

We are using Microsoft Teams and OneDrive as our file server. There is no assurance that those files are backed up and protected from ransomware or insider threats, such as deletion or vandalism. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 gives me the peace of mind that I can backup and restore Microsoft 365 items effortlessly and effectively.

I can also easily demonstrate to auditors that our backups are effective in under an hour. Backup restore tests are easy, easy to document, and reliable. They are so easy to perform that our least experienced tech can do it without any problems.
