Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We use this to back up our email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data for nearly 200 users. Thus far it has worked flawlessly with any restores needed happening quickly and easily. I could not be more satisfied with the software and would recommend it for anyone needing a solution to back up Microsoft 365.

- Reliable recovery of data is priceless when it's needed.
I came to realize this when I realized that the data doesn't get backed up anywhere, shortly after we moved to the cloud.
We've needed specific emails from an end user no longer with the company. Because we had backups, we were able to get questions answered quickly. The ability to run searches on the backups is very handy.
We are able to restore contacts from a previous salesman, for example.
- Ability to export to a variety of formats, including PST.
- Ability to search backups for specific data.
- Speed of backups and restores.
Have not used anything else.
