Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We use Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for the backup of email mailboxes and OneDrive folders. It is an easy way to back both of these up at a granular level. It also helps us with disaster recovery and we store backups of email mailboxes and OneDrive folders offsite. It is also helpful when employees leave, to have a copy of their email.

Email or files can become corrupted or accidentally lost and/or deleted, backup is essential to ensure data is available when needed. We purchased Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 because we had used Veeam in the past and were aware of the value it provided to small and large businesses alike.
We have not had to restore data using Veeam other than test restores which have been quick.
We have tested each of these and are pleased with the number of options that are available.
Ease of use, quick, reliable
Veeam has all of the options but is lightweight and works perfectly for backup of items in the cloud such as Office 365
