Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 has helped us solve our problems of having backups for 365 data. This is critical to have Exchange email, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint content backed up and easily restored. We have transitioned some files from on-premises file servers to shares in the 365 enviroment. The product was easy implement and use. It has been very useful for us and we are glad we made the purchase of the subscription.

Cons
- The community edition offers 10 users for free - these are removed when a subscription is purchased. It would be nice to see subscriptions added on top of the ten free licenses. We used the community edition to trial the software.
- The restore option has allowed an easy way to restore data and utilize to help with compliance.
When alot of our content was on premise we backed it up. We wanted this same option for our cloud data. The Veeam Backup for 365 met this desire. The product was easy to trial and test and we eventually purchased it. The restores have worked well.
We have not been in this scenario as of yet. We are happy to be better prepared in the event it does happen in our organization.
Mailboxes are very easily restored as PST files. We have used this feature and it is very nice.
Restore to PST for Exchange mail. Backing up Teams data.
