Nearly perfect backup solution for M365

We use Veeam backup for Microsoft 365 to backup our user mailboxes, onedrive and sharepoint sites. We also use a sharepoint template site which we backup and then can restore as a new site.

We needed a backup solution for all Microsoft 365 related data. User mailboxes, shared mailboxes, onedrive, sharepoint. We tried Veeam together with Keepit and ended up going with Keepit since they provide the storage.

We have used the restore solution several times to restore sharepoint and onedrive data. Also the recovery of mailboxes has been helpfull in fraudulent cases where we needed evidence stored in old mailboxes.

Export as pst is very helpfull when you need to give someone access to another mailbox.
