The platform helps each team to backup Microsoft 365 data from any location. Due to frequent careless mistakes done by most employees Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 has helped us to recover data that has been deleted accidentally. It provides secure data storage tools that cannot be compromised by cyber attackers. Restoring data is simple and securely from this product within the enterprise environment.

There was rampant cases of data mismanagement from various departments. Ransomware attacks were common and we lost a lot of data before we came to realize existence of this useful platform. The customer service team provides 24/7 customer support services. When contacted to solve any challenge they responds quickly without wasting any time. The team has been updating us when there are changes and upgrades that are required. They can provide online coaching on how to effectively work with this tool. The stuff has been welcoming and supportive always when we require their services and I thank them.
