Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

We use Veeam Backups across our company servers to back up all of our data and information on a daily basis. We need to be in compliance with keeping records accurate and accessible at any time for our clients, and this allows us to have that information readily available should there ever be an issue with any of our VMs.
  • Daily reports indicating successful backups
  • Real-time reports indicating any issues
  • None that I can think of
  • Having backups available is key
  • Redundancy is necessary
As our company started to grow and expand, we felt the need to find a more robust solution to back up our data, systems and servers in an easy-to-manage way. This was the best solution we could find that would meet all of our needs and provide us real-time reporting.
Ease of use once it is set up is what determines if a program works the best for our company. We could have gone with another option, but if it's not easy to use once it's set up, it will not be the most efficient solution to use for our company.
We have benefited from having this solution in place on multiple occasions as we expand and grow our servers and systems. Although we have hired out a third-party IT firm, they have had the information at their fingertips as needed to implement expansion plans and help us to continue to grow our business.

Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 is the best solution we could find and use across our multiple platforms and systems. The set up process is quite a bit extensive, and we required a third-party IT company to come in and manage this setup process. But once it's set up the information we need is readily available at our fingertips.
