Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

We are using Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 to ensure high availability on our email systems. As a healthcare company, we need to maintain a record of all interactions with end users. Veeam Backup for MS Office 365 makes it pretty easy to restore lost items and to maintain availability of our email system.
  • Easy to set up.
  • Easy to use.
  • Cost. Not that it is exceedingly high but it is high. You do get what you pay for.
  • It has made managing backups easier, but I can't put a dollar value on it in my position.
We were proactive in implementation, so we didn't have a major problem that caused us to look at our backups. We already used Veeam elsewhere, so it was a natural acquisition.
It's very easy to use. We have never had any problems. We aren't power-users by any stretch.
We haven't actually had to recover more than individually deleted items. It seems like it should be easy.
We've used it to restore individual items.
We just like how easy it was to setup. Other than that we haven't actually had to "test" out the restoration features beyond restoring some lost individual files.
We only looked at commvault otherwise. We were familiar with Veeam already though and it was easy to use.
We haven't even had to use support so I'm not sure how to rate this.
