Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication

We use Veeam for our organization in our two server farms. We also resell Veeam to our clients which are very satisfied for this VM Backup and Replication. I give us the security that all our VMs are backed up or replicated in the right way

Pros

  • Backup and Replication of VMs
  • Great Support
  • Consistency

Cons

  • Sometimes difficult in throubleshooting errors
  • The cost of the license is right for what it offers and for the amount of time you save on restores
It's suited for long and short time backups, the restore procedure of a backup is not very instantaneous but very simple. You can easily replica your VM to second location, in order to have an instant recovery of your VMs
