Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
We are using both Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Office 365 Backup. It is backing up most of our cloud data and local data.
- Easy set-up and management - We are a small IT team and don't have the time for a time-consuming solution and Veeam covers that for us.
- Easy to understand reports, lets you know fast what needs to be done.
- Working more towards cloud solutions, but version 10 is a big step in that direction.
- Much easier to manage than any previous backup-system. Which means spending less time with it.
- Cheaper than other solutions.
We have set up automatic testing of backups which also lessens the burden on the IT team. This is also a great way to verify the integrity of data and backups if you keep backups for a longer period, so we also set up data verification monthly.
Compared to other solutions where we had to have DR at our partner's site, being able to shuffle it to the Azure cloud instead saves us a bit every month and we are able to manage it ourselves.
