Overall Satisfaction with Vena
Vena is used by the finance department for financial forecasting and reporting. This includes forecast hours, actual hours, and reporting (both by resource and by projects). Vena is used on a twice-monthly basis and goes through an approval/reviewer process.

- File expires too fast.
- No way to retrieve the checked-out file once it expires or close by saying do not save to vena.

- Not sure if Vena is easily scalable and feel complicated sometimes.
- Easy to fill in and manage the forecasts.
I am a user and have not been involved during implementation.
The ease of filling in the information and being able to do the forecasting and submitting the financials on a twice-monthly basis has really helped in providing only the details needed and fast.
