Vena is being used for Consolidated company financial statements, divisional and locational financial statements, budgeting and forecasting. It is primarily in the control of the accounting departments but sales and operations all have reports designed and suited to their financial reporting needs. This keeps everyone in the same platform and viewing the same data without having to create their reports or rely on inaccurate information.

Through their implementation partner, we have had extensive support training and developing our financial teams and building our financial reports to fit the complexity of the organization. We are currently in the budget/forecasting implementation process and there are an endless number of changes and customizations to suit all portions of the company.
As the budgeting and forecasting process reaches completion, we will have the ability to consolidate and eliminate monthly and quarterly forecasts, use them as benchmarks and targets again financial statements, and achieve these goals seamlessly without manual intervention in a way that we would never have done more than once a year because they were too cumbersome to do manually.
