Overall Satisfaction with Vena

Vena is being used specifically as a budgeting and forecasting tool internally allowing for more efficiencies consolidating and completing budget while allowing for more time analyzing and strategic planning.

  • Time reallocated to allow for additional strategic conversations
Our Sales Rep, [...], continues to be there for me in times of need specifically when we struggled through our implementation process. On the flip side when we transitioned to our CSM, [...] has been fantastic as well as constantly working hard to fight for more ways to help and benefit our relationship with Vena.
It has allowed me to create reports to soon be able to have consistent meetings with each executive team member regards to budget vs actual, identifying opportunities and follow through.

Love from a budgeting/forecasting standpoint, however, if you are looking for more operational reporting (for specifically banks/CU's) this may not be the most ideal solution at this point. I am confident that Vena is continuing to expand and innovated especially in regards to Banks/CU's. There is a lot of potential here in the future.
