Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Financial reporting has become a large part of my job. The flexibility of this solution allows me to create reports with little to no restrictions. The increasing functionality is essential to my monthly work. The customer service team is always responsive! The automated integration to my accounting software makes life a breeze!

Pros

  • Warnings of reporting errors
  • Ease of use (ie. copy and paste mapping)
  • Customer service - phone or email!

Cons

  • I would like to select multiple Excel sheets at once for duplicate mappings.
  • Positive reporting impact
Vena Solutions is well suited for creating and distributing internal and external financial reporting. I am able to model my reports to my exact vision 99% of the time. Vena has consistently provided upgrades and updates to make mapping and distributing reports easier. I also recommend this for analysis of accounts as it pairs well with Excel functions.

Respond quickly and effectively. They always keep you up to date on your ticket. The ticketing system allows me to know where they are in the process of answering my questions. A closed ticket is a success story! Available despite time zone differences and are always pleasant and appreciative.
