Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena is used in our organization for FTE planning. Before we used Excel and now with Vena we have a monthly cycle with the Vena workflow functionality. It is mainly used in our team of consultants to plan colleagues on our projects to create more insight in things like availability, revenue, etc.

  • Cloud based
  • Easy user adoption
  • It can be too much Excel in some cases.
  • Real-time calculations with really really big data sets can have performance issues.
  • More accurate forecasting
  • More insights in "unsecure" projects
  • More insight in skills of employees
Planning, budgeting, and forecasting are perfect with Vena Solutions. Also, S&OP and Excel solutions usually fit well into Vena.

It is really good--quick reactions and friendly support. Also a lot of online articles on the support desk. The negative could be that it sometimes takes some time before your issue is really understood.
