Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

We use Vena in a number of departments, mainly with a focus on forecasting. I have found Vena helpful for me because I am able to access reports from other parts of the company without having to request them directly, this has saved a lot of time. As the process of making certain financial documents has been standardized I am now much more confident in the accuracy of any documents that are created using Vena.

Pros

  • Cloud based portal to access work from.
  • Version control is clean and easy to use.
  • An increase in the accuracy of financial reporting.

Cons

  • Template building can be time consuming.
  • Document request process no longer involves human input.
  • Increase in accuracy of reporting.
Vena is great for creating and managing financial documents that more than one department will need to access, the template feature allows someone with less experience to take ownership of work while giving peace of mind to other colleagues who have more confidence that it will be correct. I have found it particularly helpful in my work as requesting a document is no longer a manual process and time and resource does not have to be allocated if I wish to run a fresh report.

Vena seems to have an easily contactable and reliable support team as well as a large document library for help with lots of the basics.
