Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

We have stair-stepped trying to upgrade to the new release of Ventiv Claims System at least 4x already since our last upgrade in 2018. We hope this upgrade to 5.5.2.3 will finally happen after waiting so long for it. The last attempt was in 2019, then again in early 2021.
It is being used in our Risk Department for managing our insurance claims for both the general liability and workers' compensation claims from origination to closure.
  • The Ventiv team is always ready to assist in solving complex issues in a very timely manner.
  • The entire Ventiv staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help via phone, email, web ex. Our Customer Success Manager, Doug H. is the best! And Cindy H., Machella G., Josette D., Duane J. ...just to name a few.
  • Love the fact that aspects of our daily tasks are streamlined and can be completed in one central location from claims management, to reporting, policy renewals, and payment processing.
  • Fewer system issues.
  • Ventiv has been PIVOTAL in assisting CFSA transition to a paperless environment, something I have been trying to do since I joined in the agency in 2016.
iVOS has helped streamline and automate different aspects of our claims handling process freeing us to focus our time and effort in managing the claims. Quality issues have significantly lessened and the Compliance team has been a tremendous key in helping us navigate the ever-changing regulatory environment of the workers' compensation world, especially when it comes to CMS!!

I have only used the claims system.
I feel that the Ventiv Claims System was designed more for managing workers' compensation claims, and less suited for general liability. Although, it can be used for managing liability claims.
