Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

Ventiv will work with you to make sure that the implementation of their products is a smooth process. Their customer service is always willing to help and very quick to respond to any issues that may arise. I never hesitate to reach out to Ventiv with a question or concern because I know it will be addressed with professionalism and honest concern for our company's satisfaction.
Ventiv provides the software that many clients use to manage insurance claims. The software is very user-friendly and the support is quick and helpful at all times. The software offers many options to make claims management easier for the adjusters and also upper management. Information is easy to pull when needed using various report options and other things of that nature.

Ventiv products have made claims management easier for our clients based on the user friendliness of the software along with all of the options that come along with it. If you need information, by using the reporting functions provided, it is easy to pull just about any information you seek in minutes.

During any training provided by Ventiv, the sessions are always two ways. It is not just a lecture that you sit through, they are generally question and answer type sessions that are very good at getting the point across. By keeping the sessions small and manageable, Ventiv can provide the training necessary so that all of the users feel comfortable.

Working in IT, I have worked alongside Ventiv for nearly 3 years now on an extensive upgrade project. Though the project has been tough at times, Ventiv has done nothing but be helpful while trying to implement this new upgrade. They are always quick to respond to any issues that we may have and are very friendly throughout the process. Their customer service is excellent.
