Ventiv provides the software that many clients use to manage insurance claims. The software is very user-friendly and the support is quick and helpful at all times. The software offers many options to make claims management easier for the adjusters and also upper management. Information is easy to pull when needed using various report options and other things of that nature.

Working in IT, I have worked alongside Ventiv for nearly 3 years now on an extensive upgrade project. Though the project has been tough at times, Ventiv has done nothing but be helpful while trying to implement this new upgrade. They are always quick to respond to any issues that we may have and are very friendly throughout the process. Their customer service is excellent.
