Implementation Rating

The implementation that we received/receive from Ventiv is excellent. We typically deal with Char-Hling M. when performing system updates and he is very knowledgeable and able to provide insight when/if there are issues along the way during implementation of upgrades.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ventiv Claims is used to maintain and administer both Workers' Compensation and Public Liability claims. Ventiv Claims assist with the ability to have a one stop shop that maintains all claim/claimant information. The application has also helped to move us away from paper and file folder based claims maintenance to a more paperless environment. We are not fully paperless yet, but the system does give up the ability to do so. The application also streamlines many claim maintenance procedures simplifying workflow processes.

Likelihood to Recommend

Ventiv Claims is very suited for the basic and some complex processes of both our Workers' Compensation and Public Liability claims handling workflows; claims handling, creating pre-populated correspondence, importing document images, making payments, maintaining notes and diaries. Ventiv Claims is also great for handling the submissions of CMS information.

We tried to use Ventiv Claims to maintain our OSHA information but were unable to build that piece into our workflow.
