Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

In my opinion, the only true issue I have is when their is an issue with the data the consumer has to advise the "tech company" of the break in their systems.

  • Data collection
  • In my opinion, when engaged their tech support is helpful

Cons

  • Servicing the client when something goes wrong systemically
  • Improved accuracy in my staffing models
  • Center growth through staff capacity planning
