We manage 8 call center, the software has alot of issues with basic issues

- Basic copy and paste features in calander
- Latency issues
- helps reduce overhead
Yes this has helped us and created a big need that we had
Long term planning is not very detailed but it works
It works and has been our software for 2 years.
