Mostly focused on agent scheduling and adherence.
Pros
- Reliable
- Increased WFM productivity
- Bulk editing of agent profiles
Cons
- Setting security and access control if difficult. Better naming conventions and descriptions.
- Functions for agents, such as flexing and swap requests. Our agents do not like the Verint platform.
- Better visibility and alerts for WFM, in real time. Next day data is often too late.
- Have not seen at this time.
Mixed reviews. Interface feels dated. Not as much customization as we would like.
