Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

Mostly focused on agent scheduling and adherence.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Increased WFM productivity
  • Bulk editing of agent profiles

Cons

  • Setting security and access control if difficult. Better naming conventions and descriptions.
  • Functions for agents, such as flexing and swap requests. Our agents do not like the Verint platform.
  • Better visibility and alerts for WFM, in real time. Next day data is often too late.
  • Have not seen at this time.
Mixed reviews. Interface feels dated. Not as much customization as we would like.
The language used in some areas is confusing. Would like more definitions within the interface, and not a help guide.
