  • scheduling of staff to prevent overlap
  • reporting daily weekly monthly metrics
  • Daily adherence and ability to adjust based on need

Cons

  • Reporting convert form 100 time to minute and seconds
  • Ability to forecast different ways regarding forecasting models
  • better use of time and capacity
It has worked well. With the addition of the wait-list it has been a win win for staff.
the forecasting dosn't work as well when reporting our SLA
