Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

Our organization uses Verint for tracking purposes, such as agents scheduling, call monitoring and leave. The problem the product addresses is allowing the agents to compare their AHT from previous days in order to set new goals to either continue meeting AHT or setting goals to meet it if the system displays that they have not been meeting their AHT goal.

Cons

  • More features to make the time off request process less tedious
  • Prior to Verint agents were not able to view their own AHT. They had to wait for the data to be sent to them. Since, Verint, this has been accessible to them on a day to day basis.
Since Verint is new to our organization, this has been a tedious process, but once fully calculated and worked out, this process will be a smooth transaction.
Verint has a lot of features that our organization may not have already had or offers a more easier and self sufficient way for staff to enter leave or track their own performance.

In our organization, Verint is well suited. As a supervisor, it is a plus to be able to go into Verint and track my staff's days off because that is not always communicated to the supervisor. Staff is allowed to enter leave request without supervisor approval.
