Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

Verint is used to schedule staff to Voice and non-voice FAST queues.
Previously we used to schedule for voice and non-voice separately. Using Verint we have adopted Integrated Operations Planning.

Pros

  • Forecasting of work based on historical volumes
  • Ability to vary staffing profiles
  • Scheduling constraints visibility

Cons

  • What-if scenario modelling
  • Availability of more variable user inputs in Strategic Planner
  • More reporting tools
  • Increased forecasting accuracy
  • Integrated Planning
It is still a work in progress with teething issues.
Not yet noticeable, we are reviewing post-implementation stage.
Lot of room for improvement to Strategic Planner including ability to vary more inputs than allowed and ability to model project queues.

Ability to forecast and model non-voice queues needs to improve.

It is well-suited for Voice, however for work that is non-voice and exists in other vendors' software like FAST enterprises, there needs to be better modelling and forecasting options. Project Queues need better functions and need to be able to be modelled in Strategic Planner.
