Vertex Indirect Tax O Series

Overall Satisfaction with Vertex

We currently use Vertex O Series in our tax department.

  • Having the monthly updates automated instead of using myvertex
  • Having the Help menu a little more user friendly

  • Automating our Sales and Use Tax reconciliation process by using extracts for reporting
I think the configuration is not limited for our organization. We are able to use the ERP system and O Series together with little to no issue. We are currently in the process of upgrading to 9.0 and look forward the the capabilities that we are not able to achieve on 6.0.
During the time period that I have been using O Series, I have not needed support. My experience thus far has been a relatively positive one. I currently would recommend the product to other colleagues and give an honest assessment of what the product has offered to our organization. I look forward to gaining more knowledge.
