Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint ProContractor

We have used Viewpoint ProContractor for 11 Years to manage all departments of our General Contracting company
  • Integrates all departments
  • We just changed over to the cloud based system. In my opinion, it a disaster- It does not work
  • Program is not responding- complete company shutdown
  • Tech support is not responding
  • An operational Viewpoint ProContractor has a great ROI

Its a great program when it works. In my opinion, the cloud based system that Trimble is pushing is broke. We changed from in house server to the cloud 2 weeks ago. Since then the system has been down three complete days. Despite reporting a complete company shut down, Tech support took over 24 hours to get to our "Ticket"

Viewpoint ProContractor Support

Tech support is terrible in my opinion. Non-response to emergency issue request. They can't seem to figure out whats wrong with their system.The Cloud base program has a serious fault I believe.
