Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Viewpoint Spectrum as our ERP for accounting and project management. It gives our project managers an up to date overview of their jobs at any point in time. It also helps to manage project manager invoice approval and routing. It is a very robust system that meets our business needs.

Appropriate for medium to large size construction companies with multiple locations and cost centers. Lots of partners to help with solutions that Spectrum may not address. May not be appropriate for smaller entities that don't require a robust solution. Great for an organization to start and grow into in the future.
