Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum
We use Spectrum everyday for our accounting needs. I love how Spectrum is able to do it all seamlessly. Some of my favorite features are the SDX import and info-link. The import saves so much time importing phases and budgets for jobs. Info-link is a great tool to pull data out of Spectrum to analyze. Another nice feature is the import vendor invoice import this allows us to import our credit card reconciliations right into Spectrum. Most of the features are user friendly and viewpoint has many great classes on the more advanced features.

- Updating items a lot of screens to click through
- Bring back the old Info-Link Class
- Increased Efficiency except when there's an issue which is rare
Yes, most of our products are through Trimble and they all work together
On my old accounting software one feature I miss is the feature where I could run a GL detail report and actually click on a line to see the actual entry.
