Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Vista

I use VP every day from invoice approval to subcontracts to preconstruction. It seems the developers of VP have forgotten about the preconstruction module and wish they would focus some more on this module. I also wish there was a major improvement for vendors on how they are entered and stored. Would be great to have 1 place to enter everything instead of 3.
  • Exporting files to Excel/Word
  • VP Academy Training
  • Preconstruction module - needs a total make over
  • vendor tracking
  • move testing when releasing updates; make sure all the bugs have been removed/fixed
  • would love to see some type of closeout documents program/prep to submit to Owners
  • need to develop an add on program for architects/engineers for companies who are design-build
  • increased efficiency
No one is perfect, but the ease of integration is as expected.

I love the fact that everything is in one program from the beginning of a project to the end. Looking up information for old projects is fairly easy and cost tracking.
