Overall Satisfaction with Visier People

I use Visier People for me and other stakeholders in my organization to quickly and accurately see key people metrics and progress. This includes retention, turnover, hiring progress, and tenure among other things. It also serves as an easy place to export teammate information based on specific filters like job code, cost center, start date, or other identifier.

Pros

  • Share data with others
  • Easily filter to a desired group of teammates
  • See trends across timelines

Cons

  • I'd love to share an analysis with somebody else but not have to keep it on my analyses page
  • Send a capture to another user
  • Saves hours of employee time pulling customized reports and running analysis in Visier
  • Puts important data at the fingertips of key stakeholders
The visualization settings are easy to use once you initially learn how. Guidebooks also make it easy for users who are less comfortable to see pre-built visuals that will give them the same cut of data day after day. The table option is also great to see data that you don't necessarily want to export.

I would suggest Visier People to other people in my organization because of it's ease of use and consistency at how people can pull key metrics. If they are unfamiliar with Visier, it is easy to walk them through how to use it and set them up for success in the future. I also love that everybody can set up their own analyses to frequently access data that is most important to their work.
