Overall Satisfaction with Visier People

I am in my company's People Analytics department, and Visier People is essential to everything that we do! We use Visier People every day. We use Visier People to enable our partners to view and digest powerful visuals, as well as a hub for all people data such as raw exports, essential metrics, and much more!

Pros

  • Create Visuals
  • Download Data
  • Customizable

Cons

  • Make Backend easier to understand
  • More customizability on front-end (e.g. cross-metric calculations)
  • Enabled us to spend time doing more strategic work, and pulling less data
  • Made our HR department much more data savvy
It is pretty straightforward and easy to learn with some time. For those who don't use it often, it may be a bit harder to learn.
