Overall Satisfaction with VizualSurvey
Over time, our company has collected an immense amount of information from our customers to help our company grow in the right direction. However, our company's vast amount of data from customer feedback surveys were scattered throughout endless pages of Microsoft Excel, making data recall, or even visualization, quite a daunting task.
Pros
- Being able to visualize our data gives us better insight into what works, and what doesn't
- Allows us to create dashboards branded specifically to our individual clients
- Super fast learning curve, easy to get everyone on board
Cons
- Sometimes it can be difficult to save your creations in the correct locations
- While visually attractive, some screens can be overly busy
- Templates are rarely relevant, expect to create your own dashboards every time
- Higher success rates with overall customer satisfaction leads to return customers
- Customers are more trusting on larger projects based on the satisfaction of other customers
- Able to more efficiently meet clients needs, leading to faster closings
