Overall Satisfaction with VizualSurvey

We use VizualSurvey to ask our customers questions and get their feedback on what they like, need, or expect from us. This helps us understand what the customers need and how we can address any issues they are having. We use the data collected to assess and determine what outcomes we can make.

  • Data cleaning.
  • Customizing dashboard templates.

Cons

  • Connecting dashboards and templates.
  • Prepping software data.
  • Need more how-to videos.
  • Spent less hours cleaning data.
  • Able to fix issues.
  • Improved customer satisfaction.

Can be hard to use at times but overall great software. You can use and integrate with lots of platforms. They have lots of guides for first-time users which helps when you are new to the software. The price point is high but if you run multiple surveys all the time, it is worth it.
