Overall Satisfaction with Watchguard Endpoint Security

We are currently using WatchGuard's Endpoint Security EDR solution in our laptops, securing 25 people machine's. The use case is for protecting daily workforce, covering full-time protection.

Pros

  • Easy to deploy
  • Lightweight client
  • Complements Windows Defender very well

Cons

  • Reporting could be more detailed
  • Scans could be executed more times and advised to the user
  • Great ROI. All the impacts were positive.
The partner was Gantech
I have noticed a great value on this, because all the concept is brought to make the management easy. Including the add-ons and renewals.
No impact at all.
