Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We have Watchguard appliances at all of our locations. We use them to implement flawless branch-office VPN and mobile user VPN. I do not have to worry about intrusion with the various default security features that come out of the box. I have used competing firewall appliances such as Sonicwall, and find Watchguard to be superior.

I worked with Digital Graffiti, an Amazon marketplace seller. They have been great!
I have yet to use this feature, but plan to in the future, with hopes it saves me time.
